Do you remember 1984's Newspeak? That is what I thought of when I read the following tweet, written by one of Chávez's most notorious honchos, Diosdado Cabello, another military coup monger from the Llanos:
"The candidate of the Venezuelan people is Hugo Chávez. Chávez is the People, is happiness, is peace, is solidarity, is love, is socialism, is fatherland"
"El candidato del pueblo venezolano es Hugo Chávez, Chávez es Pueblo, es alegría, es paz, es solidaridad, es amor, es socialismo, es patria"
